Glossybox Norway - December 2015

I know this post is a bit late, but my December was packed with other things, so I simply didn't find the time to do this post. So, here's my update on the Glossybox I got in December 2015. This box was called the 'Positivity Box' and the goodies were packed in a cute pink decorated box with inspirational quotes on it. When I opened the box, I was welcomed by this positive quote 'On a scale from 1 to 10, you're an 11'.

The box felt very heavy - as it contained 5 full size items this month! Curious what was inside? Keep reading!

Maria Nila Cream Heat Spray
I have never heard of the Swedish brand Maria Nila before I got this product. The spray helps to protect the hair and prevent it from drying out when you're blowdrying or straightening your hair. It's sulfate- and parabenfree. All Maria Nila products are 100% vegan which means that they're produced in an environmental friendly way.
The package is stylish pink with black and white - which I absolutely love! I haven't tested this spray yet as I rarely blowdry or straighten my hair - but I'm almost sure it will be good :) - It smells delicious by the way! (NOK229/ca $26)

Teeez lipstick - Crimson Carat
I love lipsticks, and I especially love lipsticks in dark red! This lipstick from Teeez has a brownish/red colour and the first I have in this colour. I like the packaging - it's so arty! The lipstick applies very smoothly, and stayed on my lips for approximately two hours. The only flaw was that the consistency of the stick isn't very solid - when I opened it for the second time, it almost fell out of the tube! So now I rather apply it with my fingers or a small brush. Overall - I'm very content with this lipstick. I wasn't familiar with the brand Teeez yet (lol I'm such a noob on make-up), but I will surely buy more of their lipsticks if they exist in different colours! (NOK149/$17)

Deo Doc Daily Intimate Wash - Love at First Try
First impression: I LOVE the packaging! It's so cute, with its pastel yellow and green colours! The wash smells like pear and jasmin with a touch of bergamot - and it's ph-balanced. This soap is made in cooperation with a gyneacologist, who states that it's safe to use - well let's hope so, haha. No kidding, I am very happy with this product! (NOK95/ca $11)

Glossybox eyeshadow - Mauve
I didn't know that Glossybox had its own beauty products! This eyeshadow is from the brand Glossybox and has a beautiful grey-brown colour. I haven't used it yet, as I am thinking of saving it for special occassions/outfits. (NOK99/ca. $11)

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
I already expected this one to be in the box this month, because of Glossybox' hint last month. I bought this Garnier Micellar water some months ago at H&M on discount, and I'm very content with it so far. Therefore I was happy to find another bottle of this water in this month's box - now I have two - yay!  Micellar water is known for its fat-absorbing function. I read that it works like a magnet - it pulls all the crap out of your face - roughly said, lol. I've heard that this micellar water doesn't work for everyone, but for me it works very well. I use two cotton pads to wipe my make up off my face, and after that it's basically clean. The water makes my skin feel very refreshed as well.

What do you think of this Glossybox? Have you tried any of these products before?

  1. I love that little note "On the scale from 1 to 10, you're an 11". That would make you smile instantly :) These are such lovely products, hon! I love them all. Glossy Box did great <3 The lippy packaging is so artsy and unique. Also, I am the last person on this planet among beauty/lifestyle bloggers who hasn't tried micellar water! Must fix that :)
