DAY 21 || November Blogchallenge

Today I will be talking about my so-called 'celebrity crush'. Now I must say that I find the word crush a bit overdone. Why did I put that in the challenge? I would rather say celebrities I admire - for their talent, their humour or their personality. I won't say I'm all fangirling about the following celebs, but I do like them a lot.

Since my childhood my interests have switched a lot. I started being fan of Anastacia, Britney Spears and Shakira. Also the Belgian girlsgroup K3 has covered a big part of my child- and teenagehood. Actually I'm still secretly enjoying their music hehe. My first real celeb crush was definitely Johnny Depp. I was completely obsessed with him and had my room full of posters.
I still find him a good actor but I am not obsessed anymore. My most recent sort of crush has been Sandra Bullock. Is it weird to have a woman as crush? I still enjoy seeing her on screen but I am not fangirling anymore. Okay maybe a little bit. Anyways, here are some of my today's favourite celebs - in the form of actors/actresses.

Sandra Bullock
As I said, 'Sandy' is my recent real so-called 'crush'. I can't exactly explain why, I just love her and her acting. She has a good sense of humour - just my sense of humour as well. Besides that she looks really good for a 50 year old! :p My favourite movies with Bullock are The Proposal, The Blind Side and Two Weeks Notice. In the last one, she plays with Hugh Grant - another actor I do admire.

Jennifer Lawrence
I love her acting in the Hunger Games, and honestly think that if we'd grown up together, I could seriously be good friends with her. She's hilarious and she doesn't take the whole 'celeb' world too serious.

Benedict Cumberbatch
My fiancé first introduced me to Cumberbatch when we went to the cinema to see the Imitation Game. Since then, I really like him. He is very funny and intelligent - and I got to love him and his acting even more in the Sherlock series, where he plays the famous Sherlock Holmes. As Sherlock, he reminds me a lot of my fiancé Jan Tore: both tall, the same clothing style and a little bit excentric.

Johnny Depp
He's just too funny! I especially like his acting in Pirates of the Caribbean and Dark Shadows.

Okay, the last person is not an actor as far as I know, but a soccer player. David Beckham. He reminds me so much of my hubby! I think he looks just like how Jan Tore would look over 20 years. What do you think?

Which celebrity do you admire?
